What is Kiryon?
Kiryon is a cloud-based management platform built for service businesses. It lets you manage work orders, customer tracking, inventory, reporting, and billing from a single place.

Kiryon is suitable for electronics repair, phone repair, computer service, home appliance service, musical instruments service, automotive service, and similar technical service businesses.
Is it cloud-based or does it require installation?
Kiryon is fully cloud-based. No installation or server management is required. You can start using it immediately from any device with internet access.
How many locations can I use?
You can access unlimited locations. If you have multiple branches, manage them from one account and get branch-level reports.

Pricing & Trial

Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can try all features free for 15 days. No credit card required. When the trial ends, payment is required to continue.
Do you offer monthly or yearly billing?
Both are available. Annual billing offers up to 20% discount. You can change your billing period at any time.
Can I increase or decrease seats?
Yes, you can change your seat count anytime. Increases take effect immediately; decreases take effect at the end of the current period.
What happens if I want to cancel?
There is no commitment. You can cancel anytime. After cancellation, you can access and export your data for 30 days.
What payment methods are supported?
You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. Invoice payment is also available for enterprise customers.

Yes! A unique tracking code is created for each work order. Customers can track status 24/7 via the web, and SMS/email notifications are sent when status changes.
Can I manage inventory?
Yes, a comprehensive inventory module is included. Manage parts stock, minimum stock alerts, stock movements, supplier management, and barcode/QR support.
Can I create invoices or quotes?
Yes, you can create a quote or invoice with one click from a work order. Custom templates, PDF output, and email delivery are included.
Can I get reports?
Yes, advanced reporting lets you track revenue, work order counts, technician performance, customer analytics, and more with visual charts. You can export reports to Excel.
How many users can I add?
Your plan includes 3 users. You can purchase extra seats to increase the limit. You can assign different permission levels to each user.

Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored in secure data centers located in Turkey, compliant with KVKK and international security standards.
